Can I import my AND.CO data?
You can upload your existing contracts (PDF or DOCX) directly to ClauseGuard. For invoices, you can manually recreate open invoices in Payday — it takes about 2 minutes per invoice. We're working on a CSV import for invoice history.
How does the AI contract scanner work?
You upload a PDF or DOCX contract. Our AI reads every clause and returns a risk score (0–100), a clause-by-clause breakdown in plain English, and specific negotiation suggestions for anything risky. It's trained on freelancer-specific concerns: IP transfer, non-compete clauses, kill fees, payment terms, and liability caps.
Does the invoice chaser actually send emails?
The AI generates the email for you — you review and send it yourself. We don't send emails on your behalf without your review. This keeps you in control and ensures the tone matches your relationship with the client.
